The Barracuda Total Email Protection suite consists of multiple products, each with their own way of using. In this short training you will learn how to use the product and get some tips and tricks. You will also get a glimpse of the admin portal so that you will know how the engine works and get a better understanding on how to drive with it.
This training is not designed to pass a certification test nor is it a technical training.
What can you learn from this training?
In this training you will learn how to use the Barracuda Total Email Protection (TEP) suite daily and how to optimize the product features for the best end-user experience. For almost each product within the TEP suite you will learn how to use it, what it can do for you and what you can do for your colleagues with it. Some products are not directly usable for the end-user, but by knowing how they work, you will know what you can expect from the administrator.

Phishline is not included in this training as it is a training environment on itself.
Audience
The course is designed for all employees that make direct or indirect use of the TEP suite.

Methodology
This is a half day classroom or remote training. Part will be explained in a presentation, but most will be directly explained in the interface.
The training will be held in Dutch, French or English, depending on the audience.
Practicalities
Lunch is not included, drinks are included when the training takes place at the Kappa Data office.

Evaluation
Evaluation is a continuous process by Kappa Data, so your feedback will be asked during the training. At the end of, or after the training you will also receive a full survey where you can give us your feedback.
