To catalyze its growth, Kappa Data is seeking a Team Lead Network Security Engineer to join our technical team.

• You are a real team player and ensure efficient collaboration.
• You ensure a good cooperation with our sales team and our partners.
• You manage and coach your team with an eye for individual growth trajectories.
• Help define the strategy for Kappa Data’s services.
• Manage the various projects and monitor the agreed scope and timeline.
• You excel in customer focus and communication.
• You contribute to the team through hands-on support.
• You stay abreast of the latest products and technologies.
• You participate in the overall strategy of the Kappa Data Group and supporting its growth.

Profile:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science (or something similar), or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in the position of network security engineer.
• Extensive knowledge of network security technologies and solutions.
• Strong leadership skills and initial experience managing a team.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Customer-oriented attitude and the ability to build strong relationships.
